I have read a few dark books before, but this one is much more. This is the first book that I have read by this author and it did not disappoint.

This book will put you in a roller coaster of emotions. you will be just fine one moment and then the next you will want to punch Matteo in the face but want to cry for the things that Gia is going through and then flip to a depressive state and then back to happy (if you can call it that).

You can tell that throughout the book Gia starts feeling more and more for Matteo even after all the crap he puts her through. All the misunderstandings, the beatings, etc. It is heartbreaking that she is feeling these things and he just keeps crapping on her.

There are twists and turns throughout this book that will give you whiplash. So, what will happen between Matteo and Gia in the end? Is Gia the one that will capture Matteo's ice cold heart? Or, will his beatings and the misunderstandings be the end of Gia?

Read and find out. You won't be disappointed.
