Clash was a absolutely beautiful and heart wrenching book.. I loved every single moment of it. I just wanted to gather Payton in my arms and just hold her and hug her.. tell her it was going to be ok.. I absolutely loved her BFF Casey and that oh so sexy brother of hers Dylan.. Payton has had this crush on Dylan for as the day is long.. and once Dylan realizes his feelings for Payton are more then just a sisterly thing.. can they make this work?
Payton's life has been pretty much a constant nightmare ever since her mother took off and left her with her father. Payton’s father John is a drunk… and a very mean one at it.. When his wife left he decided to turn his anger onto Payton. Payton has suffered many a broken bones..
After yet another night of drinking.. Payton locks herself in her room and prays her dad decides to just leave her be for the night.. BUT John has decided he is going to allow one of his buddies to have his way with Payton.. somehow Payton is able to escape and it leads to John being arrested. Payton moves in with Casey her BFF’s family and has her first real chance of living in a loving home.
I absolutely loved Payton and Dylan… I loved Casey and Seth… I loved sooooo many things about this book… This is a MUST READ…
