I love sports romance and this one did not disappoint. I loved how both the male and female characters have a stubborn/alpha sense to them. Kayla is the cheerleader captain and bleeds her colleges color through and through! You don't agree with her team she will let you know about it. Jay is the football player that can't keep his eyes off of Kayla. There is just something about her that is pulling him to her that he cannot resist. The only problem is, he plays for the rival team that Kayla cheers for and that just won't do! 

Loved how the author wrote Kayla to be a strong willed, take no crap from anyone girl that stands up for what she believes in and loves. Even stands up to a whole bar full of guys for her team. She's a girls that know her football and will even make men cry if they don't know what they talk about when it comes to football. Jay is the sweet football player that doesn't care about the rivalry he just cares about the girl that he can't seem to get out of his head.
