Title: Exception
Author: Mariah Dietz
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 9, 2018

Blurb

He’s arrogant.
Loud.
Rude.
And to make matters worse, he looks good doing it—too good.

Joey DeLuca should have been nothing but a maddening memory, a blip on
my radar during my three month sabbatical in my small hometown while I get back
on my feet.

My time back home was supposed to be simple. Easy. Fast.

But he’s everywhere I go, invading my thoughts, and stealing my
attention.

Is it possible to hate the same person I can’t get enough of?

Is there really an exception to every rule?

Gails review
Received advanced copy off Netgalley for honest review.
I really enjoyed this book. I read the first in the series with Cohen and Ella, when I saw the invite to read this one that was about Cohen's broody but sexy brother Joey and the Feisty Kennedy I jumped.. I loved this series to date..
Kennedy has to come home for a couple months.. get finances in order then she is back off to Boston..
Joey is on leave from his job while investigations are going on.. he has decided no time like the present to help is bro out by helping remodel the house he and Ella have..
So when Joey and Cohen go to the local hardware store for supplies he is taken back by the feisty but guarded Kennedy.
Both have secrets, both have got trust issues. will these help or hurt what both of these two what?

Thank you for allowing me to read this book.. I really enjoyed it.
