Once upon a time, my heart was broken. Wrecked beyond repair.
Then I met him, a man who wasn’t like anyone before.
Who didn’t see the world like others saw it.
He wasn’t supposed to fall in love with me. The girl nobody wanted. A soul destined to save others, when she couldn’t save herself.
I didn’t believe him when he said I was his.
But darkness belongs with darkness.
And love doesn’t always equal pain.
Maybe fairytales do exist for women like me.

Happiness to be found among the wreckage.

Gails review
OMG if I could give this more than 5 stars I so would... I absolutely love Bink.. I love her stories.. so when I heard she was doing a book on Rosie and Kade, I knew I had to read them.. Book 1 left me craving book 2... and book 2 was everything and so much more.
Both Rosie and Kade had a hard life growing up - Didn't get much better when they became adults..
Bink has this was of telling you the story and making you believe you are right there witnessing it first hand. I loved the darkness she brought with this book set.. In the past I was never a huge fan of the dark books but as time has went on and my reading preferences change.. I have grown to love them.. This book had that level of darkness that I crave.
This book is full of heartache, darkness, pain, but most of all love.. the love Kade had for Rosie was truly beautiful.. Thank you a million times Bink!!
